Returns, Exchanges, Refunds
All orders are non-refundable. All wigs may vary from photos slightly, but the design, materials, styling, and technique will be the same as the photos in the listing.

Processing & Shipping Time
Processing Time on all orders is 2-5 weeks. There is a steady flow of orders, so please keep that in mind.
Shipping Time is 3-7 days if your order is sent sooner than 4 weeks, and priority shipping (2-4 days) if it is sent 4 weeks after placing the order.
Rush Orders
Rush orders are possible and available! The cost of a rush order varies depending on how much sooner you need your order than your ship by date, how many orders are ahead of yours, location, and possibly more factors.
